Complimentary pickup is available at my home-based studio in the Northwest Austin/Domain area. The address will be provided once your order is confirmed.

Delivery is available only within Austin, Texas area.

Delivery & Quality Issues

If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with a photo. We’ll offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.

Order Cancellations

Cancel 48+ hours before delivery for a full refund. Cancellations under 48 hours may receive a partial refund or store credit.
